The connection auto disconnects after being connected to network for 3 to 5 minutes


Causes:
1.
The required service pack has not been installed in the Operating System.
Solution:
1.
Service Pack 4 is required for Windows 2000 OS.
2.
Service Pack 2 is required for Windows XP OS.
